Home Connect Estates are a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS) and are committed to providing our clients with the highest standards of service. As part of our efforts to do this and to ensure that your interests are safeguarded, we have put in place a complaints procedure making it easier to contact the concerned department if need be.
Step 1: If you feel like you have a grievance, kindly get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org addressing it to the complaints department. We aim to come back to you within 7 working days.
Step 2: If you are unhappy with the outcome of the investigation of your case, please write to The compliance team, 426 High Street North, Manor Park, London, E12 6RH. A formal written response will be sent out within 14 working days. If the matter is still not resolved, you can complaint to the redress scheme that our company is registered with.
